​🔍 Probation & Performance Assessment Process

In the first month, we will closely evaluate whether the candidate is fit to take on the role of Head or should continue as Senior Business Development. This decision will be based solely on their real progress and leadership capacity—it's entirely in the candidate’s hands.

We believe in transparency and fairness. This process is designed to identify individuals who are proactive, committed, and results-driven. We do not wish to invest time and resources in individuals who are not serious about their role or long-term growth.

📊 Performance will be assessed based on clearly defined KPIs, including:

  • Activity & Learning Progress

  • Sales Pitching & Client Meetings

  • Team Recruitment Initiatives

  • Team Building Contributions

  • Team Management & Monitoring

  • Sales Performance & Deal Closures

 

Only those who demonstrate consistent progress, ownership, and commitment will be invited to continue beyond the probation phase—and potentially step up into leadership roles.
